We all liked brand-new and good-sized room with microwave and waffles, as for instance. The location was excellent and stunning, not far from Macedonia and Cleveland, Close to restaurants, and close dining options. Furthermore, in a very quiet area. The good service and shuttle to-and-from the casino far exceeded our expectations. All the facilities were clean.

The staff members were friendly, efficient, and upbeat. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic on the fourth floor. The fitness room and indoor pool were nice amenities, although always busy. The beds were extra comfortable and the room size was perfect. We were grateful for the late checkout that made a difference in our stay.

It was very nice. My parents got the room for us as a wedding present.
Night shift clerk a little confused. Couldn't find our registration. Then not sure what kind of room we were supposed to be in. When we were checking out, morning clerk asked if we enjoyed our complimentary bottle of champagne and we never got one.

I recently had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, making it very convenient for my travels between Macedonia and Cleveland. The prices were great value for money, and the attention to detail in the rooms was evident. I particularly liked the spaciousness of the room, with a clean and heated tub along with a separate shower. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always greeting me with a smile. The breakfast, prepared by a chef, was absolutely delicious, especially the French Toast.
